Impact Academy was the first national training provider to deliver the Junior Energy Manager Level 3 Apprenticeship. We work with some of the UK’s biggest companies and local governments to enable them to meet their commitments to the Government’s 2030 and 2050 sustainability agenda, we strive to provide training to develop talent for a greener future. But whilst Energy Apprenticeships are the core of our business, we also offer qualifications in the Digital, Management, Housing and Business sectors too.
Our goal is to be known as the number one training provider in England for Impact (Environmental, Social and Governance), but our Impact goes beyond just education and training! We have set out a clear strategy to;

Raise awareness of the importance of training a workforce on sustainability and energy, enabling businesses to manage risks and costs effectively

Lobby government to make sustainability and energy efficiency a mandatory element of all training and Apprenticeship programmes

Promote the positive influence our programmes are having on individuals and organisations and quantify the economic and social impacts

Become the first training provider in the country to gain accreditation for social impact and promote the value of this within adult education

Work with partners to develop a additional sustainability and energy related programmes aligned to the needs of businesses

Embrace the use of technology in the delivery of education and challenge negative perceptions related to the quality, cost and impact

Participate in sector lead consultations and pilots relating to a more sustainable approach to the delivery of education and training
